Ernesto has 22 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and advisory.
Prior to funding Leucosia, Ernesto served as Asset Management Director for investments in Italy, France, and Belgium at Apollo and as Principal at Captiva Capital Partners (formerly Natixis Capital Partners), where he led investment activities in Italy and held board positions at Mercurio AM SGR and CDS Holding SPA. Previously, Ernesto was involved in real estate transactions in France, Italy, and Eastern Europe with JER Partners and managed the loan transactions of Lehman Brothers in Italy and France at Hatfield Philips. He began his career at CBRE Investors in Paris.
Ernesto has obtained a B.Sc. in Business Studies from Bayes Business School at City University of London and an MEB from Bayes Business School and ESCP European Business School. He is proficient in Italian, English, and French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
Angelo is a construction engineer with over 24 years of experience in technical consulting services.
He has extensive technical knowledge in the purchase, repositioning, and sale of real estate assets, gained from working with top Italian real estate funds.
Angelo's expertise lies in redesigning and managing buildings from an infrastructure, fire prevention, and safety perspective.
He has a proven track record of overseeing the design, management, and execution control of repositioning and upgrading projects, as well as providing due diligence and technical services to support real estate acquisitions, sales, and leases.
Angelo holds a Civil Engineering degree from Università degli Studi di Salerno and is fluent in Italian and English.
Carlo boasts over 39 years of experience in retail real estate and development, having held roles as a consultant, development executive, and sales manager.
His notable work includes overseeing the repositioning of the Bicocca shopping center in Milan as a consultant for DEA Real Estate Advisor, and advising on the acquisition of Grandi Stazioni for Duff & Phelps-Reag.
Carlo has also held senior positions in well-known companies, such as Westfield Shoppingtowns Limited, Pirelli RE, McDonald's Italia, and Blockbuster Video Italia, where he served as Development Director.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and is a RICS member and a co-founder of the Italian section of the ICSC. Carlo is fluent in Italian and English.
Gerarda is a financial analyst at Leucosia Capital, focusing on asset management and reporting operations.
Before joining Leucosia, she worked in the sales and supply support division at IKEA, where she was responsible for procurement, planning, and inventory analysis.
Gerarda holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Salerno and is proficient in Italian and English.
Gianluca boasts over 15 years of extensive expertise in governance systems, account auditing, and taxation spanning diverse sectors, notably transport, logistics, and agro-food industries.
His focus lies in budgeting systems, reporting, tax dispute resolution, and OECD transfer pricing analysis, employing international conventions to alleviate double taxation.
Gianluca is a Certified Accountant and holds a Master's degree in European and International Tax Law from the University of Salerno.
He is fluent in both Italian and English.
Antonello has more than 15 years of experience in financial, corporate, and real estate law.
He is a registered lawyer with the Italian Supreme Court and holds a position as a contract lecturer in Commercial Law and Marketing Law at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Salerno.
Antonello's extensive experience includes providing counsel to diverse corporate, financial, and banking clients on real estate asset transactions, tax credits, and NPLs recovery.
He holds a law degree from University of Salerno and is fluent in both Italian and English.
Vincenzo is a highly experienced real estate professional with a background encompassing both investment and asset management.
He is presently overseeing an investment venture with a focus on acquiring and repositioning hospitality assets throughout Italy. Additionally, he is one of the main sponsor and developer of The Market - San Marino Outlet Experience.
He has worked for several well-established companies in the industry, including PGIM Real Estate, Tishman Speyer, Realty Partners, and General Electric Capital.
Vincenzo holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from University of Naples Federico II, as well as an MBA from SDA Bocconi and is fluent in English, Italian and French.
Stefano is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the finance sector.
He established Filbert Capital, an investment advisory firm located in London.
Previously, Stefano was MD of VDM Capital, a division of Van Der Moolen. He has worked as Head of Equity Sales-Trading for Southern Europe at Commerzbank and was a part of the International Advisory Group at Merrill Lynch Intl Private Banking.
Stefano holds an MBA from the University Parma and a Corporate Finance degree from London Business School. He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Mauro is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a strong track record in the finance and technology industries, investment banking, and advisory.
He is co-founder of Enerinvest, a London-based PropTech SaaS technology firm, building cloud-based apps for the property sector.
Mauro has extensive experience in setting up bad bank structures and underwriting distressed credit portfolios for commercial banks and credit funds in Europe. He has worked at JPMorgan, Citi, Fortress, and ACP Capital.
